Your day to day
* Provide customer service via face-to-face, phone and email.
* Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
* Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
* Liaise with workshop staff, assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required.
Who are you?
* At least 6 months to a year experience in sales/ customer service or similar industry
* Computer literacy at an intermediate level
* Fast learner and happy to participate in ongoing training.
* Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous.
* Strong technical skills and problem solving
* Work well in a team and independently
