• industrial air compressors
• blowers and positive displacement blowers for low-pressure air and gas
• vacuum pumps and vacuum systems for industrial process applications
The business supports customers across manufacturing, resources, utilities, transport and general industrial environments, backed by a strong aftermarket service and spare parts capability.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager, based in Adelaide, to manage and grow service, maintenance and aftermarket revenue across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Job Requirements
This role is responsible for developing new aftermarket and service opportunities, increasing uptake of long-term service and maintenance programs, and proactively targeting additional service work across the territory.
You will work closely with service managers and technical teams, build forward pipeline activity, support customer satisfaction and retention outcomes, and provide regular reporting and market feedback to management.
Ideal Background
You are a commercially minded business developer with experience in aftermarket, service sales, maintenance contracts or industrial equipment solutions, ideally with exposure to compressors, rotating equipment, capital equipment or similar technical environments.
You are confident opening new accounts, converting opportunities into long-term service agreements, and engaging with both operational and senior decision-makers across a wide geographic territory.
