We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated Administration Officer to support the Nursing Unit Manager/Nurse Manager of ICU/PICU within our Executive Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care by ensuring our clinical teams are well-supported through exceptional administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the NUM/NM of ICU/PICU
Assisting with rostering, recruitment processes, and workforce coordination
Completing audit and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinating education sessions, training courses, and professional development activities for nursing staff
Delivering professional reception and front-of-house services for the unit
Supporting the broader executive administration team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
