What You'll Do:
Front-of-house merchandise sales and customer serviceServing agricultural customers with chemical, fertiliser, and seed requirementsPackaging, bagging, blending, and loading fertiliser productsLoading and unloading customer and company trucksSupporting seed treatment and fertiliser treatment operationsGeneral warehouse and yard dutiesOpportunity to grow within the business and develop leadership responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyProblem-solving mindsetStrong customer service focusComputer literacyForklift licence (not essential but willing to acquire)Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
