Our purpose is to empower and encourage our people to think differently about how we can make a positive impact as a firm.What’s in it for you?Competitive remuneration packageCareer development opportunities such as internal and external mentoring, leadership education training, and study leave to focus on your personal growth.A generous 16-week parental scheme plus superannuation for a full 12 monthsBirthday leaveSwap around a public holiday for a cultural swap day!Two Wellness Days to allow you to focus on your own physical and or mental wellbeingA workplace where you can access 2 weeks additional leave each year so you can take that extra break with family or friends.We applaud your need to give back to the community and give you 2 paid volunteer days each year to support one of our-affiliated charitiesOur reward platform “The Vault” which gives you access to a great range of discounts at popular retailers and supermarkets as well as lifestyle benefits and corporate discountsBecause life can throw the unexpected at us, we help subsidise private health insurance excess, if you or an immediate family member requires hospitalisationPlus, so much more!The RoleAs a Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the tenancy delivery process from concept through to completion for a major retail client partner.This involves driving high quality outcomes, highlighting opportunities during the approval process, and adopting and ensuring compliance.You will need to be flexible and adaptable to resolve complex issues, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to oversee the process in alignment with the Tenancy Design Guide and Fit Out Manual.A key part of the role is ensuring all stakeholders meet their commitments within established timeframes and budgets while upholding safety standards on site.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure tenant fit-out timelines align with the centre's opening targets and lease commencement dates.Monitor fit-out compliance with approved designs and quality standards throughout the construction process.Conduct final inspections and ensure all necessary certifications, such as occupancy certificates, are obtained prior to tenant opening and manage resolution of defects.Act as the primary liaison between retailers, leasing teams, and centre management, facilitating communication to align expectations and resolve issues.Manage the delivery of Landlord Works through to completion within the agreed timeframe and budgets.Ensure all on-site works comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), relevant legislation, contractor qualification/induction requirements, and shopping centre guidelines.Offer post-handover support to address tenant concerns or operational teething issues that may arise.Who are we looking for?Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale retail or commercial fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of tenancy design and fit-out processes, including design guidelines and sustainability practices.In-depth understanding of Australian building codes, accessibility standards, and relevant legislation.Proficiency in design software and project management tools is preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.Demonstrated capability to manage and coordinate the efforts of multiple parties.Not the perfect fit?We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and abilities - as every person and their situation is unique, we look at this on an individual and applied role basis.
