Position Overview

The Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist plays a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer support across Microair Avionics' global network.

This position supports the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer network, and promoting Microair innovative avionics products within Australia, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. The role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

* Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Develop and expand the global dealer network by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting engagement through product demonstrations and presentations.
* Drive B2C (direct retail) sales across Asia-Pacific and the Americas through proactive customer engagement and tailored sales solutions.
* Prepare accurate and detailed sales quotes, follow up on opportunities, and convert them into confirmed orders.
* Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and timely customer and sales information.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
* Prepare and issue invoices and assist with payment follow-up as required.

Customer and Dealer Engagement

* Respond promptly to customer and dealer enquiries via phone and email, providing appropriate information and solutions.
* Support the global dealer network with up-to-date product and pricing information, agreements, promotional materials, and training resources.
* Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers through regular online meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Represent the company and demonstrate products at local and international trade shows and industry events.
* Assist with reading and interpreting contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.

Customer Support and Administration

* Manage and monitor the technical support ticketing portal to ensure customer issues are assigned or resolved promptly.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and support functions.
* Provide administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives as required.

• Responsiveness to customer, Dealer and technical enquiries.


• Quality and professionalism in customer communication.


• Contribution to positive team culture and business reputation.
