Finance Business Partner

Overview
As a Finance Business Partner in the ASPAC Finance team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insights, and analysis to support strategic decision‑making. You’ll work closely with Business Unit Finance and General Managers to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals and standards.
This is a newly created role to accommodate Serco’s new high‑profile government contract.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted and accessible advisor to Business Unit Finance and General Managers
* Support month‑end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Ensure financial records, forecasts and budgets are precise and well‑documented
* Provide meaningful analysis and insights for strategic decision‑making
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies
* Support the team with ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks
Qualifications
* Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) or relevant experience
* Strong SAP ECC and Data Warehouse experience
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
* Proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
* Demonstrated commercial acumen and problem‑solving capabilities
