Your Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and develop your team's competencies, focusing on continuous improvement and career development goals
* Prioritize business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans
* Work closely with our leadership team to build and nurture community relationships and promote our brand
* Lead by example, prioritizing the customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you
* Be a lifelong learner, bringing your brilliant mind and taking advantage of on-the-job training and learning opportunities
* Build connections and support our customers, giving back to the community while having fun along the way
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Bendigo. We'd love you to have:
* People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business growth
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
* Strong communication skills to deliver clear expectations
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
* The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
* High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
* Knowledge of retail branch operations
