Our client is an Australian manufacturer and global leader in engineered conveyor solutions looking for Machine Operators. - 12 Hours Shifts - Day/Night Shifts Available - Attractive Pay Rate - $45 an hour night shift allowance super - Kwinana Beach Location About the Client: Australian manufacturer and global leader in engineered conveyor solutions, that delivers valuable materials handling solutions to high-profile clients in the mining and industrial sectors. The Role; Operate rubber compound mixing equipment, including the Mixer, Convex Extruder, and automated palletising systems. Run the automatic chemical weighing and bagging system. Perform forklift operations for handling, storing, and preparing raw materials and finished products. Conduct daily inspections of machinery safety systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and product quality. Work in compliance with environmental management standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation around machinery and work areas. Shifts; - Monday to Thursday Rotating Roster - 5AM to 5PM - 5PM to 5AM - Must have Full Australian Working Rights. Required skills & attributes: Previous experience as a Machine Operator Must be available 7 days a week, open to work 12 hours shifts Available for both DAY & NIGHT Shifts Must have own Car & Licence Must be clean shaven, or willing to shave, as certain factory areas require properly fitted respiratory masks. Forklift Licence is advantageous Willing to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening Previous experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience operating plant and machinery.
