About the Role
Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine conveyor rollers, shafts, and bearing housings. Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications. Check tolerances and measure finished components using precision instruments. Perform tool changes, offsets, and routine CNC programming adjustments. Maintain quality standards and ensure all components meet specifications. Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedule.
