Lead Structural Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled structural engineer to lead the design and analysis of complex building projects.
This role involves providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, and managing client relationships and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement structural engineering designs for high-profile building projects.
* Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
* Work collaboratively with architects, builders, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Manage client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand our presence in the Adelaide market.
Requirements:
* Chartered Structural Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience.
* Strong connections within the Adelaide engineering and construction community.
* Experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors.
* Technical expertise in structural design and engineering principles.
* Proven project management and team leadership abilities.
* Passion for business development and practice growth.
* Australian citizenship required due to defence project security clearance.
