See yourself in the team Commercial Cards Customer Success sits within Everyday Business Banking and plays a critical role in driving growth, improving customer outcomes, and enabling our frontline teams. The team partners closely with Product, BB & IB&M Transaction Banking Specialists, Service Teams Risk and Marketing to deliver market-leading card solutions and a seamless customer experience. Do work that matters As Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the execution of the Commercial Cards Customer Success strategy—driving portfolio growth, supporting strategic deals, and improving customer journey scores and NPS. You will act as a key link between Product and frontline enabling teams to win new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver better customer outcomes. This is a highly visible and critical role, with regular engagement across Business Banking and IB&M, providing the opportunity to influence customer and product strategy outcomes at scale. Key accountabilities Develop and execute the Customer Success strategy to drive card growth, utilisation, and customer satisfaction across the various large business/institutional segments Partner with frontline and TBS teams to support new-to-bank acquisitions, cross-sell, and complex deals Lead pre-sales support, including pricing for strategic opportunities, contributing to RFPs and pitches, and solutioning with clients Champion the voice of the customer, using insights and feedback to inform product and journey strategy and improvements Drive product knowledge and capability uplift across frontline teams Translate customer pain points into problem solving opportunities with customers and potential customers Deliver committed initiatives in line with Crew/EBB priorities Maintain strong risk and compliance discipline in line with Group policies Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across Product, Distribution, Service teams, Risk and Marketing We’re interested in hearing from people who have 10yrs experience in commercial cards, transaction banking, payments or frontline roles Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting growth and client outcomes Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed environment Strong communication skills, including with senior stakeholders Structured problem-solving and a data-driven mindset If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
