About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our ANZ region and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the regional sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new business and managing key accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities in enterprise, mid-market, and agency segments.
* Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to align outreach and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and CRM data.
* Attend industry events, client meetings, and support product feedback loops.
Requirements:
* 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or demand generation services.
* Strong knowledge of the ANZ business environment and customer landscape.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
* Highly self-motivated and able to operate independently.
* Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
