 
        
        Mandurah Safety & Training Services Pty Ltd (MSTS) is a Registered Training Organisation, operating out of various locations in Western Australia. We deliver public and private courses in both a high-risk and non-high-risk capacity.
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive **Project Administrator / Personal Assistant** to support our Managing Director at our Mandurah training facility. This is a part-time role, with the potential for hours to vary depending on workload (hours negotiable).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support as directed by the Managing Director. 
- Assist with the coordination and completion of various projects. 
- Complete tasks as directed.
**Requirements**: 
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar position. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
**Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be highly regarded.**
