**Sales & Marketing Coordinator - APAC**

**Summary Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and update existing product lines and submission forms with all customers including Online E-tailers.
- Manage price lists and item masters for data integrity.
- Review incoming orders and liaise with Operations for invoicing and shipping.
- Work with customers and our warehouse on delivery issues.
- Archive marketing activity, customer catalogues and spend tracker.
- Tailor brand presentations to customer requirements as needed.
- Manage sample process - including ordering and sending out as required.
- Build sales dashboards and help in building sales tools.
- Assist in managing trade show events (twice per year) - including Melbourne Licensing and Toy Fair.
- Ensure all marketing schedules, image / video databases, spreadsheets and samples are maintained and updated regularly.
- Maintaining graphics and inventory for Sydney office / showroom.
- Some EA duties, including managing travel and office supplies / repairs / service providers / building management and assisting with requests from senior management from Head Office.
**Skills and Personal Attributes**:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Valid driver's license and own transport is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to balance priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Copywriting proficiency across all print and digital platforms, including but not limited to product descriptions, web copy, eDMs, sales presentations and social media.
- Confident and clear telephone manner.
- A natural problem-solver.
- Any Marketing / logistics / operations experience is favourable.
**Other**:
- Ability to work from home if circumstances warrant it. Position is currently slated as 5 days per week in the office.
- There is scope for this role to evolve over time to meet the individual's career growth / development needs, especially in the Marketing / online retail areas.
