The role will mainly consist of taking incoming calls and email orders from customers, recording communications in their internal database, scheduling orders in batches and liaising to provide pricing and product updates. An ideal Customer Service Officer will possess: Experience in office based Administration and liaising with Customers via phone/emails professionally and confidently is required Demonstrated ability to navigate internal database/booking systems to process orders - use of Sales Force is a bonus!
