Key Role: Sales Associate
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our retail team in Kin Kora, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, accurately managing stock levels, and creating daily reports.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver excellent product sales experience ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Sales Performance: Meet or exceed store sales expectations
* Stock Control: Accurately manage weekly stock counts and ordering processes
* Visual Presentation: Maintain visually appealing store displays to maximize sales opportunities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in a retail environment
* Flexible working hours with ability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
* A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
* Age 18+ years old
* Previous experience in the tobacco and lotto industry is highly desirable but not essential
