About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team as a Front of House Teacher.
You will be working at our Paterson Street Campus in Launceston, delivering high-quality training to learners and showcasing your expertise in customer service skills and professional standards.
This is a casual position, with flexible hours that may include morning, afternoon, and evening sessions on any given day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft engaging lesson plans that cover various front of house techniques
* Evaluate learner skills through practical assessment
* Ensure compliance of classroom, restaurant, and bar health and safety protocols
* Provide guidance and feedback to enhance and exceed learner skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Front of house and bar/restaurant experience
* Hospitality qualification/s (desirable)
* Current RSA or Gaming license and experience (desirable)
* Effective communication, organisation, and ability to guide learners
* A current Working with Vulnerable People registration (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
