We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.

About the team and the role

The Client Compliance Coordinator supports the provision of timely and accurate reporting and compliance for the broad range of Commonwealth Government entities and contributes to the design and implementation of systems, processes and training to support efficient delivery of ongoing monitoring and reporting requirements. The role will maintain relationships with key people both internally and externally within the relevant Government entities and demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of our systems and capabilities and of the clients' expectations.

This role is responsible for:

* Monitoring and managing the client compliance for specified Commonwealth Government clients of the firm.

* Supporting the development and implementation of client onboarding and file opening processes to ensure compliance requirements are met.

* Liaising with various practice groups and teams to ensure procedures are followed and providing an understanding of Commonwealth Government requirements.

* Help develop and maintain relevant client intranet pages, ensuring information is readily available and up to date.

* Preparation of quarterly and annual reporting of legal expenditure across a defined list of Commonwealth agencies.

* Creation and development of training guides, modules, and sessions.

* Assisting with team and wider firm projects and initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal administrator or compliance & reporting professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a national team that are collaborative, inclusive, and support flexible ways of working.

About you

* Ideally you will be an experienced administrator who has been involved in or responsible for client reporting. Experience working with government clients or in a government department is highly desirable.

* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Strong writing skills and proficient use of Excel.

* Have a proactive, team focused approach to work.
