Project Management Leadership Role
The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and execute complex projects.
* Manage and deliver Class I, II, and complex Class III ETO projects efficiently.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations, contract obligations, and targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
* Implement robust scope change management practices to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide financial forecasting expertise and STECO activity management for Class II projects.
* Oversee overall project monitoring and coordination, issue resolution, schedule, and budget management.
* Support post-project activities, including MA handover, warranty, and installed base management.
* Develop and lead a team of PMs, promoting process development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* Relevant technical degree or prior experience is essential.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and assemblies.
* Strong commercial acumen and proven project management experience are required.
* Expert knowledge of GBP product portfolio is essential.
* Excellent multitasking skills under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in PCM process in SAP is expected.
* PMP certification and/or extensive PM experience are highly valued.
