Senior Events Executive
The role of Senior Events Executive is a key position within our organization, responsible for the successful delivery of various major events. These events include awards nights, corporate hospitality, public events, and match day events.
The portfolio of events managed by this role will include a range of activities, from planning and coordination to execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
A Day in the Life
* Creation and management of run sheets and production schedules
* Development and implementation of critical path/milestone plans
* Production of MC notes and event briefs
* Chef de mission of venue selection and catering procurement
* Liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Management of event staff, including Event Hosts and Stage Managers
* Coordination of guest lists and day-to-day event operations
* Development and maintenance of processes and procedures for events

* Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
* Prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences
