Novated Leasing & Fleet Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow our fleet sales accounts. As a key member of our team, you will build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identify business opportunities to expand our reach, negotiate and close deals with novated leasing companies, provide expert advice on vehicle selection and pricing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Novated Leasing, Fleet Sales or Automotive Account Management, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organisational and multitasking ability, and genuine passion for the automotive industry.
