Responsibilities
* Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation.
* Create and nurture a positive work environment for all team members.
* Fulfil rotating rostered shifts (opens, mids, closes, weekends, public holidays) aligned with the hotel's operating hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
* RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications essential (or willingness to obtain).
* At least 3 years management experience or in a similar role.
* Previous management experience preferable.
