VistaPrint, the leading provider of design and marketing services to small businesses worldwide, seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to establish direct communication with suppliers for procurement and management of raw materials. This involves actively sourcing and analyzing cost-effective materials for current and new products, investigating variances, vendor liaison, material maintenance in SAP, cost analysis, sourcing vendors, WM, to ensure uninterrupted production due to supply chain constraints.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely receipt of goods, review supplier invoices for accuracy, and manage stock levels to meet demand.
* Utilize ERP systems, specifically SAP, to track inventory forecasting and projection reporting. Identify potential Out-of-Stock risks early and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
This role requires 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP, and expertise in managing inventory forecasting and projection reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
