Job Title: Nursery Lunch Cover
Location: Kidbrooke Village, Unit 3, 14 Whittle Road, SE3 9GT
Salary: Up to £14 per hour
Hours: 4-day and 5-day working options
Reports to: Room Leader/Nursery Manager

* Come Together: You contribute through collaboration, working closely with colleagues and leadership to maintain routines, respond to children's needs, and uphold a positive team culture.
* Be Yourself: You demonstrate self-awareness in your interactions, adapting your approach to suit individual children and reflecting on how your support impacts their wellbeing.

What You Bring
* Passion for Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
* Knowledge of EYFS: A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
* Qualified & Experienced: A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Build Strong Relationships: Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
* Team Player: Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
