Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture (P&C) team on a short-term contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Data & Records Management : Lead the clean-up and maintenance of employee records—ensuring all documentation is correctly stored, consistent between hard copy and ELMO, and fully up to date. File Audits : Quickly and accurately review employee files for key data points including grade, start date, and contract information. Transactional HR Support : Prepare and issue employment letters, contract variations, and ensure timely delivery to the right stakeholders, following established HR procedures. First Point of Contact : Manage the P&C inbox, triage general enquiries from across the business, and respond professionally and efficiently. P&C Operations Support : Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, liaising with payroll, contributing to data/reporting, and supporting other day-to-day HR tasks. Support to GM People & Culture : Provide admin support including calendar coordination, room bookings, and basic meeting logistics. What You Bring: Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar administrative HR role Confidence using HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO is a bonus) A high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail - meticulous record keeping will be a strength of yours!
