Key focus areas
* Structure lessons to meet students' physical, social and intellectual development. Teachers have extensive knowledge of Key Learning Areas, including Religious Education.
* Understand fundamental concepts, structure and enquiry processes relevant to developed programs.
* Create safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair behaviour management plans.
* Evaluate teaching practice to meet students' learning needs, using assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning.
* Operate effectively throughout the teaching cycle, including planning, developing programs, teaching, assessing and providing feedback.
* Value opportunities to engage with school communities to enrich education and promote links between school, home and community.
