The Role
As Director – Human Resources, you will lead and deliver senior‐level retained HR search mandates, partnering closely with CHROs, C‐suite executives and Boards.
You will originate and execute search work across Australia and the broader APAC region, contribute to advisory and consulting offerings, and represent the firm through industry events, roundtables and professional networks.
The focus is on building long‐term, trusted relationships rather than transactional recruitment.
