We’re partnering with a leading WA organisation seeking a Marketing Systems Analyst to support their growing in-house digital capabilities. With major transformation underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in building, supporting, and optimising the systems that drive their marketing function.
You’ll work across platforms like HubSpot, Kentico CMS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supporting both new initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement and digital project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering a new website build – from prototype to proof of concept
* Rebuilding integrations between HubSpot and Microsoft Sales platform
* Managing external vendors to deliver system enhancements and functionality
* Providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed
* Building workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools for marketing campaigns
* Ensuring system compliance, including licensing and domain registry tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years’ experience in marketing systems, digital, or CRM-based roles
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics)
* Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities
* Experience managing vendors and system integrations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for technology and continuous improvement
Bonus Skills
Experience with Boomi, CMS platforms, or systems admin is highly regarded.
