* Culture and Performance: Drive a culture of performance, inclusion, and innovation within the team and across the organisation.
* Governance and Risk: Establish frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective risk management in all activities.
This position requires proven strategic leadership experience in HR or workforce environments. Deep expertise in employment/industrial relations, exceptional interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business or Law are also essential.
