About you:

Plant your roots with us as our next Clinic Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing the MedReleaf Australia (MRA) Clinic's operations, ensuring the clinic is patient-focused and commercially driven. This role involves executing strategic plans that drive patient volume, improve doctor relationships, and boost prescription generation. The Clinic Manager will collaborate with leadership to align clinic goals with broader business objectives, foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, and optimize clinic efficiency through data-driven solutions. Additionally, the role includes managing clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing day-to-day operations, and improving patient care outcomes while maintaining a high standard of quality and resource management. As the Clinic Manager you will oversee…

MRA Clinic Optimization and Management:

* Support the development and execution of strategic commercial and operation plans to position MRA Clinic as a patient-focused, revenue-generating operation, aligning patient care with business growth in collaboration with core leadership.
* Oversee daily clinic operations, including telehealth services, ensuring compliance with Australian pharmaceutical formularies (PBS) for medication prescribing and patient care.
* Lead the identification and sourcing of opportunities to expand the clinic with additional face-to-face locations throughout Australia, driving growth and enhancing patient access to healthcare services.
* Drive improvements in patient volume by increasing the number of patients seen per week and boosting prescription generation, ensuring the clinic meets both patient needs and commercial targets.
* Enhance doctor relationships and acquisition by implementing strategies that increase script referrals, promote collaboration, and improve overall engagement to better serve patients in collaboration with leadership
* Use automated, data-driven solutions to optimize clinic operations, making prescribing more efficient and scalable, while enhancing patient care through streamlined processes.
* Align clinic strategies with broader business objectives, positioning MRA Clinic as a leader in the industry and driving market share through patient-centered growth.
* Ensure the Clinic continues to be on the cutting-edge of technology and innovation in the industry by reviewing industry trends, new technology and opportunities for automation and make required changes with IT.
* Implement KPIs to track clinic success, focusing on patient inflow, prescription volume, doctor engagement, and overall revenue growth, ensuring continuous alignment with patient outcomes and business objectives.

Clinical Staff Management:

* Lead and supervise team of Telehealth Clinic Administrators
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Learning, Education and Training:

* Develop robust onboarding plans introducing doctors and clinic staff to the Aurora/MRA offerings, processes and applications in the Clinic
* Train the clinic team to adopt patient-centric sales tactics, prioritizing care and satisfaction to encourage repeat visits, enhance retention, and support consistent growth.
* Liaise with Clinical Support to develop training on products, processes and brands and facilitate applicable training to doctors and clinic staff

Operational Oversight:

* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall clinic performance.
* Developing strategic business initiatives to lead and rapidly grow patient access to our local Telehealth Clinic.

Regulatory Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and licensing requirements, inclusive of TGA, ODC and AHPRA advertising guidelines.
* Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary updates to procedures.
* Review upcoming compliance changes or challenges and liaise with applicable teams to ensure Clinic operations are updated.

Quality Assurance:

* Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
* Monitor and evaluate clinic outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Resource Management:

* Optimize the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
* Work with administrative staff to manage budgets and control costs within the clinical operations department.

Clinical Policies and Procedures:

* Develop, update, and enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with best practices.
* Provide ongoing training to clinical staff on new policies and procedures.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers and Patients:

* Collaborate with GPs, Pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
* Ensure continued growth of MedReleaf products by maintaining regular contact with Telehealth GP practices and associated community pharmacies
* Facilitate communication between clinic staff and healthcare providers.
* Develop strong product knowledge of MedReleaf products and associated clinical applications.
* Building long-term relationships through your genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patients' health

You'll be set up for success if you have…

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role within a clinical setting, including leadership responsibilities.
* Proven experience developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth in a healthcare environment (medical cannabis or clinic experience an asset).
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance practices, and patient care standards.
* Familiarity with medical cannabis products is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a clinical setting.
* Proficiency in using data-driven tools and automated solutions to improve clinic operations and patient care.
* Commitment to fostering a patient-first culture within the clinic while driving commercial success.

* Quality Assurance Implementation: Experience in implementing quality assurance programs, evaluating clinical outcomes, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Resource and Budget Management: Strong ability to manage resources effectively, including staffing, supplies, and budgets, to support clinic operations.
* Training and Development: Ability to train staff on clinic policies, procedures, and patient-centric sales tactics to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
