About The Role
Permanent Part time (2 Shifts a fortnight Monday 9am - 1pm)
Our picturesque, contemporary and well-equipped Woodlake Facility (overlooking Lake Goollelal in Kingsley) is a Residential Aged Care Facility that provides care and lifestyle services for up to 102 Residents. Our friendly team is looking for a Laundry attendant to join our ranks.
Responsibilities
* Provide laundry services under the direction and supervision of the Facility Manager.
* Ensure laundry is completed according to Aegis standards.
* Be responsible for all in-house washing.
* Return personal clothing to residents' cupboards and maintain in tidy condition.
* Meet turn‐around time for all tasks as per duty statement.
* Work effectively & efficiently with mínimal supervision.

About You
* Previous experience in laundry services.
* Sound knowledge of commercial laundry operations, including the protected use of chemicals.
* A high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
* Have a customer service ethos with a focus on quality and accuracy in returning resident belongings correctly.
* Have empathy with the elderly.
* Have full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
