At the Early Learning Hub, part of the ELO Group, we are seeking a full-time Educational Leader to drive quality, mentor educators, and elevate learning outcomes across our service. This is a permanent 38-hour-per-week opportunity for an ECT or Diploma-qualified educator who is ready to lead with impact.

About the role
As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving quality and supporting educator growth across the service.
You will:
* Lead curriculum development and pedagogical practice
* Mentor educators in the planning cycle and documentation
* Support meaningful learning aligned with the EYLF and NQS
* Drive quality improvement and reflective practice
* Foster inclusive environments that respect each child’s identity
* Partner with the Nominated Supervisor on strategy and service direction
What you bring
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification (ACECQA-approved) in Early Childhood Education
* Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
* Child Protection training
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in early learning, with demonstrated leadership capability
* Strong mentoring and communication skills
* A collaborative, reflective mindset with a genuine passion for quality
