Allied Health – Advanced (General Medicine) Clinician
As a clinician, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist expertise across a diverse and complex patient population.
Working alongside medical, nursing and allied health colleagues, you will support high‐quality care across acute, sub‐acute and rehabilitation settings, mentor clinicians, lead service improvement initiatives and contribute to innovative models of care that improve patient outcomes across Central Queensland.
Qualifications
* Experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Social Worker with current registration or professional membership in your discipline.
* Advanced clinical expertise, sound judgement and passion for improving outcomes for patients with complex needs.
* Collaborative teamwork, mentoring, leadership, evidence‐based practice and ability to influence positive change.
Remuneration
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
