Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Meet and greet visitors
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them appropriately
* General data entry and administrative duties
* Process orders for various locations
* Respond to customer feedback, managing referrals internally
* Liaise with stakeholders for orders and deliveries/invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in customer service, managing switchboards
* Strong listening and responding skills for customer feedback
