**What's the role?**
- Partner with stakeholders to build and manage integrated lifecycle journeys to achieve strategic business objectives,covering programs for lead generation, nurture and conversion, member retention & business growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing automation systems, governance, policies, and processes to capitalise on marketing data and intelligence aligned with accessibility and privacy legislation.
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure best practices and data integrity.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making using tools such as Google Analytics, Dataroma, Adobe, Salesforce, and MS Excel.
- Execute end-to-end cross-channel campaign, including journey design/visualisation, implementation, asset build, test/QA and ongoing management.
**Who you are**
- Experience across marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a bonus, but not mandatory)
- Experience interpreting briefs and aligning business needs to technical solutions in marketing automation platforms
- Able to communicate with technical stakeholders and marketing/business areas to reach common understanding
- Data extension creation and/or smart list creation for precise and highly targeted audience segmentation and profiling
- Proven experience with managing eDM and SMS campaigns end to end from brief acceptance, build, QA, launching and post campaign analysis
