What you'll be doing
Guest communication & bookings
* Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls
* Assist potential guests with property information, quotes, and securing bookings
* Support existing guests with any questions or issues during their stay
* Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally
* Direct calls and emails to the correct team as required
Liaising with internal teams
* Work alongside our maintenance and cleaning teams in the field to assist guests
* Communicate with property owners to enter bookings and relay important information
Systems & admin
* Use our booking system software to manage reservations
* Work confidently with Microsoft Outlook and other software tools
* Maintain accurate records and clear communication across systems
What we're looking for
* Warm, clear, and professional communication skills
* Strong customer service experience
* A passion for hospitality, tourism and the Southwest is highly regarded
* A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
* High level of computer literacy
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a supportive team
