The Role
You'll work closely with clients across wealth creation, superannuation, retirement, and insurance strategies, delivering holistic, relationship‑based advice. Depending on your experience, you'll either manage your own portfolio as an Adviser or step in as a Paraplanner ready to grow into an advice role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored financial advice and conduct regular client reviews
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of loyal clients
* Develop wealth creation, super, retirement, and risk management strategies
* Ensure compliance with ASIC and licensee standards
About You
* RG146 compliant with relevant tertiary qualifications (Financial Planning, Commerce, etc.)
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an advice or paraplanning role
* Strong client relationship skills and proactive communication style
* Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals
