Role Overview:

We seek a highly skilled professional to drive customer outcomes across our business.

* Nurture and qualify leads for real estate agents, then send them forward
* Send SMS messages on behalf of clients
* Update CRM systems with accurate data
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement positive changes

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer relationship skills, be adaptable in learning new systems, and demonstrate the ability to successfully navigate complex situations with multiple variables.
