Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you'll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.What you'll be doing• Technical Leader - whilst the role can be tailored to your strengths, this role is for an engineer that can take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.
• Supporting development - work with a team of civil engineers, designers and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
• Client facing - be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client's needs.
• Personal growth - grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from the large Aurecon support network.
• Collaborating across disciplines - work closely with a range of engineers across Aurecon to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs.
• Providing insights with care - share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making within the Land Infrastructure team.What you'll bringYou blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking.
You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work.
