About the Role
In this permanent full-time role, you will provide advanced, autonomous clinical care within our busy Urgent Care Centre. Working within your endorsed scope of practice, you will assess, diagnose, treat and manage UCC presentations while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
You will also contribute to clinical leadership, education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that support excellence in patient care.
What You'll Bring
Master's-level Nurse Practitioner endorsement
Advanced clinical skills in emergency/urgent care
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving ability
Commitment to quality improvement, research and safe practice
Excellent communication, documentation and teamwork skills
Ability to support and mentor staff and students
Current AHPRA registration and mandatory clearances/checks
