Project & Solutions Engineer – UPS and Power Quality

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + Super (aligned to experience)
Power On Australia delivers mission-critical power infrastructure where uptime is non-negotiable. Our engineered solutions support mining, healthcare, education, and commercial operations across Australia and international markets.
We engage directly with end users to originate, design, and deliver engineered outcomes. We do not follow tenders. We influence specifications, shape technical direction, and execute solutions aligned to operational and commercial objectives.
Operating within recognised QA and compliance frameworks, our engineers are expected to think independently, contribute commercially, and take ownership of outcomes.
We are seeking a Project & Solutions Engineer to contribute to technical delivery while strengthening our engineering capability.

* Contributing to technical proposals and solution positioning.
* Preparing engineering documentation and project deliverables.
* Coordinating execution to meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
* Supporting commissioning, testing, and project close-out.

This is an active engineering role, not a passive support function.
About You
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar
* Strong analytical and practical engineering capability
* Able to interpret and apply technical documentation
* Organised, accountable, and commercially aware
* Motivated to develop within critical power infrastructure
