We take great pride in how our products are crafted and thoughtful, high-quality imagery is essential to showcasing that to our customers. We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Photographer & Retoucher to join our marketing team. You will work alongside our talented in-house creative team to bring our jewellery to life on our digital channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-obsessed jewellery photographer and retoucher, who revels in the unique challenges of photographing gemstones and diamonds where light is reflecting before your eyes and colours and hues have subtle, but important, differences.
This role is responsible for capturing, editing and retouching photographic images of jewellery to provide high quality images primarily for our website and digital marketing channels. Our production studio utilizes a mixture of DSLR photography and GemHub in capturing photos and 360 spin videos. Experience using photography equipment, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or similar) in Mac OS, in a professional environment, is essential for this role.
Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team and you'll produce everything from ecommerce images to creative beauty shots for high profile campaigns and in person lifestyle shoots.

Qualifications
* A professional understanding of studio photography and lighting
* Proficient understanding and strong experience of GemHub and GemLightbox
* Experience shooting e-commerce product photography, ideally experience with Fine Jewellery
* Professional level post‑production and retouching within Photoshop
* A high level of attention to detail and drive to consistently deliver high-quality work
* Ability to work methodically (and enjoy it) on a repetitive task from start to finish, whilst always keeping an eye out for ways to streamline workflows with the help of AI tools
* Be a team player with good communication skills
* Experience shooting lifestyle photography is a bonus
This is a full-time role based in our Adelaide office and we are looking for someone who is able to start immediately. Our studio is complete with lighting, stands, camera, etc and the role is approximately 50‑50 split between Photography and Retouching.
A Valid police clearance no more than 6 months old that is acceptable to management is also required for this role.
