About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Part Time Sales Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing outstanding customer service experiences through exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills.
2. Achieving set sales targets and KPIs by effectively working with customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces.
3. Completing in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures.
4. Carrying out operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
