About the Role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and securing listings, managing sales campaigns, and delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers. You must be confident handling a high volume of properties and working independently while being supported by a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Consistently generate and secure new residential listings
* Conduct market appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
* Manage and convert leads through strong follow-up and negotiation
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
* Manage multiple listings and sales campaigns simultaneously
* Represent the Raine & Horne brand with professionalism and integrity
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 6–12 months experience in residential real estate sales or listing generation
* Hold Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or NSW Certificate of Registration
* Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or working towards)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused
* Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
* Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Full Australian work rights
