You’ll be working onsite across multiple turnkey projects, teams, and stakeholders to solve business challenges, support new initiatives, and improve key applications. Using your business analysis skills and process knowledge, you’ll help streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Lead the coordination, governance and delivery of projects
* Develop comprehensive project plans with realistic timelines, resource allocation and budget requirements
* Coordinate between the IT team, business stakeholders and vendors
* Ensure quality of deliverables and project outcomes
* Manage system testing, data migration and user acceptance testing
* Develop and execute training strategies for end users and system administrators
* Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
Your Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 5+ years of project management experience
* Experience in business stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis
* Experience with Kronos and Workforce Management systems
* Strong understanding of workforce management processes including timekeeping, scheduling and labour analytics
* PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
