What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire the Customer Service Branch to deliver exceptional service across the NT
* Drive continuous improvement and implement reforms for better outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, and community partners
* Provide strategic advice on customer service, marine safety, and road safety
* Ensure your team is skilled, supported, and ready to meet critical deadlines
About You
* Proven experience in delivering high‑quality customer services, ideally in government
* Strategic thinker with strong business, analytical, and leadership skills
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder at all levels
* Skilled in building high‑performing teams and driving results
* Desirable: Experience in road or marine safety education, and formal qualifications in public administration, business, or customer service
