New Car Sales Manager – Penrith (Sydney)
Our client, a well‐known franchised car dealership located in the Penrith area, is seeking a New Car Sales Manager. The position offers a 10‐day fortnight roster, Sunday closed, one RDO, and mandatory Saturday work.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the dealership's new car sales department and franchise operations.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results across the fortnight roster.
* Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales staff.
* Maintain high levels of customer service and manage sales closing processes.
Qualifications
* Current or recent franchised dealership experience as a Sales Manager.
* Experience as Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant accepted.
* Strong sales, closing, organisational and people‐management skills.
* High energy, drive and motivational strength for a long‐term role.
Benefits
* Retainer ~ $60,000 superannuation included.
* Commission ~ $60,000 per annum plus a new car.
* Overall target earnings (OTE) up to $120,000.
