**The company**:
This highly recognised organisation, with a branch network throughout Australia, is seeking a passionate and experienced Credit Officer to work within their large Credit Department and manage a Major Accounts ledger.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Credit Team Leader and is primarily responsible for;
- Handling a Major Accounts ledger of approximately 20 accounts worth $15million
- Review balances on accounts and follow up with customer for payment
- Account reconciliations
- Ensure outstanding claims are actioned as appropriate by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Reconcile balances to payments received on accounts
- Stop credit as required and advise appropriate personnel
- Accurately allocate customer payments as required
- Process BPAY receipts to accounts on a daily
- Organise copy invoices and reconciliations to customers as required

**What we are looking for**:
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- Robust communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise urgent matters
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
