A dynamic geological professional is sought to lead a project in exploration and discovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Project management involving logistics coordination, database administration, and team supervision.
* Development and mentoring of staff members.
* Organization of fieldwork logistics, request processing for administrative purposes, and target generation.
* Data interpretation, report writing (exploration reviews, field work memorandums, and prospectivity analyses), and compliance review.
* Office administration, including safety record maintenance and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience with relevant fieldwork and/or skills transferable to the role.
* At least 5 years of experience in gold, silver, lithium, or copper/zinc/lead exploration.
* Familiarity with QGIS and Micromine software is an asset.
* Understanding of the JORC code is beneficial.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as ability to work independently.
* Holding a valid Australian manual C class drivers license is required.
